The calculation gives us a point after that it is probable that this repeater likely to appear.
When the count shows a value of higher than .49 we can start betting.
We should stop betting after a win or the value is bigger than 1.49.

for the first F2 it is:
If Spin 6 shows 31 F0 and 6 F1 and NO F2
bet these 6 F1 and all new upcoming F1

for the first F3:
If spin 19 shows 22 F0 and 11/12 F1 and 3 F2 and no F3
bet the 3 F2 and all new upcoming F2

Stop after a win and restart statistics.
Stop if the value is bigger than 1.4 or you had to place mor then 34 chips:

e.g. F2: 6 7 8 9 next bet would be more than 34 chips bet
e.g. F3: 3 4 5 6 7 8 next bet would be more than 34 chips bet
