Display module for Lw registry (dozens/columns)

New display module for the Lw strategy containing the original registry streams.

LD = Last dozens
JD = Jump from last dozen
LC = Last columns
JC = Jump from last column

• Last = spin belongs to any of the last two dozens/columns spun. L = sleeper dozen/column.
• Jump = spin belongs to any of the two other dozens/columns that are not the last spun. L = repeat on last dozen/column.
