The Binomial Distribution tells us the average appearance of numbers at each spin.

Can we work with it?

At spin 37 there are ref to the Binomial distribution:
13,425500 unhit
13,798430 hit once
9,776070 hit more than once

We therefore can say:
13 to 14 unhit
13 to 14 hit once
9 to 10 hit more than once

lets look how empiric works with that:
The possible results could be:
13 13 11
13 14 10
14 13 10
14 14 09

out of 9685 rotations we find:
13 13 11 411x
13 14 10 624x
14 13 10 577x
14 14 09 397x

try to catch and you will fail
