This a betting method which requires charting, time, patience and some money in order to see it properly done.

Let's say that we are looking for 2 kind of numbers:

All those which have shown at least once during the last 3 x 37 spins cycles, which means that each of these numbers should has at least 3 hits in total, 1 hit per cycle.

The other group of numbers we are looking for are those which are missing for the last 3 x 37 spins cycles, 111 spins.

One more condition, we should match in pairs these 2 groups of numbers, if for example there are 4 absent numbers but only 3 from those which shown up in all 3 last cycles (regardless of how many hits), then we should discard 1 of the sleepers in order to have 3 + 3 pairings, but which one from the sleepers should we discard you might wonder, the answer lies within the wheel's layout, find the one which is furthest away from all hot numbers, that should be the one.

When there are 1+1 or 2+2 or 3+3 or 4+4 or 5+5 we don't have to discard any number(s) from our betting selection, but when either of the 2 groups has 1 or 2 more number(s) we should discard the extra in regards with their proximity on the wheel's layout, the furthest away from the numbers of the other group should be discarded.

Therefore we should bet 1+1 for up to 72 spins/bets, or 2+2 for up to 144 spins/bets, 3+3 for up to 216 spins/bets, 4+4 for up to 288 spins/bets and in some rare occasions 5+5 numbers for a maximum of 360 spins/bets, you should stop betting and restart charting as soon as you have an overall profit since the initiation of the last betting sequence, otherwise the maximum risk would be the total of numbers multiplied by the total of spins/bets, for example by betting 3+3 for 216 spins is 6 x 216 = 1296 units IF not any number would show up.

None progression/MM is being applied, just flat betting on qualified numbers, from 2 up to 10 numbers and from 72 up to 360 betting spins.
If you would like to limit the budget then play only for 1+1 or 2+2 numbers, but this way when they qualify 3+3 or more numbers you would have to restart charting, thus invest more time instead of money.
