Binary MM modes

The "binary" money management extends to having two modes of betting:

a) When entering the game or facing in-game dispersion.

Your goal is to lose the least, this means your strategy is that of covering more of the felt and/or keeping your bets low, ideally purely flat (or parachuting one single unit).

b) When having it your way / concentration of hits.

Your goal here is maximizing the earnings, taking a riskier approach, covering less of the felt and/or raising the bet unit aiming at "touching the sky", with no stop-win.

Losing the least on dispersion and winning the most when winning, always aiming at raising the averages 👍
