That is another lie.

Let´s have a look at some empirical statistics:

9865 rotations
unhit after 37 spins:

Okay! 24 hit means 13 unhit.
13 unhit has the highest amount of all. But 2050 out 9865 means 20,78% of all rotations.

Come on lets be fair. +1 or -1 is also good enough, isn´t it!
1929 + 2050 + 1568 = 5547  Yeah that is 56,23% of all rotations.
