While things won't be fully clear until it's fully programmed, his point stands: there are systems that regularly reach +1 or more at any point during standard play conditions. That's the sweet spot to lock in a win and switch systems—then it's "rinse & repeat."

In some ways, this methodology reminds me of the "Multi System Tracker" (MST) by Ophis from the 2010s.

Also, it is reminiscent of the oldie: "Every set of actuals has a winning system that beats it..."
